I spoke to the Belgian magistrate yesterday who confirms that proceedings are going ahead in Belgium. De Belgische magistraat met wie ik gisteren heb gesproken zegt dat de gerechtelijke procedure in België opschiet. Why, when the magistrate said yesterday that there was no real evidence against them, are they still being held? Waarom worden zij nog steeds vastgehouden, terwijl de magistraat gisteren heeft gezegd dat er geen echt bewijsmateriaal tegen hen is? I have already heard it suggested in Dutch circles, by the Justice Minister I think, that there should be a European magistrate attached to Europol. Ik heb van Nederlandse kant, ik geloof van de minister van Justitie, al de gedachte gehoord aan een Europese magistraat bij Europol.
