bekendmakingDeze evolutie wijst erop dat de lidstaten meer discipline aan de dag leggen wat betreft de bekendmaking ervan. This indicates better discipline by Member States where notification is concerned. Op dit gebied is daarom transparantie en tijdige bekendmaking nodig. Transparency and due notification is therefore needed in this area. Bovendien halen wij, praktisch gezien, 1 januari niet meer met de bekendmaking in het Publicatieblad. Moreover, at this rate, we will not make 1 January with the notification in the Official Journal practically speaking.
