AnticiAn options paper will be issued in the coming days and it will be discussed by the Antici Group before a discussion in COREPER II. These options will be taken forward in COREPER, as I said previously, on the basis of the options paper at the Antici meeting later this month. The proposals have been discussed by the Antici Group and by both Coreper I and II, and we now aim to agree Council conclusions on 20 December.
