De Tsjechische president is geen absolute monarch, noch de allerhoogste vertegenwoordiger zoals in het politieke systeem van de voormalige Sovjet-Unie. The Czech President is not an absolute monarch, nor is he a supreme representative as in the political system of the former Soviet Union. De staatshoofden en regeringsleiders zijn de monarchen van nu. Today’s monarchs are the Heads of State or Government. Persoonlijk kan ik niet begrijpen waarom de vluchten van staatshoofden of monarchen ( in tegenstelling tot reddingsvluchten) niet aan de zelfde milieubeschermingsregels moeten worden onderworpen. I personally cannot see why the flights of heads of state or monarchs (in contrast to flights for rescue purposes) should not be subject to the same rules on environmental protection.
